Having a baby is one of the most rewarding times of your life. Westside Pediatrics is dedicated to helping you care for your child-keeping your baby happy and healthy.

Westside Pediatrics Group is proud to announce the addition of 2 Certified Lactation Counselors to our group. If you have questions or are having breast feeding issues, please contact our office to set up an appointment with Amy Young, MA or Stacy Mosakowski, RN. They will be happy to help you.

Before your Baby is Born

Prenatal visits to our office by expectant parents are encouraged and can be arranged with the Pediatricians accepting newborns. Please call our office at (585) 247-0040 to get more information. This visit allow you to:

• Find out where we are
• Meet our Staff (please refer to our policies)
• Have your baby care questions answered
• Inform us of any family health problems that run in either side of your family that may affect your baby.

Hospital Affiliations

Our Pediatricians care for babies born at the following hospitals:

• Strong Memorial Hospital
• Highland Hospital
• Park Ridge Hospital
• Rochester General Hospital

Babies born at other area hospitals are also welcomed to come to our office after birth. We ask all new mothers to call our office the first working day after discharge to establish contact and determine the first visit. All newborns are seen in the first 7-10 days and many at 2-3 days of age.
